Such appointments have been made without any onerous consideration, financial or otherwise.
Any person or group of persons who claim or purport to exert influence, publicly or in secret, on the issuance of these appointments or the validity of the same, for a fee or consideration, financial or otherwise or for and in exchange of favors in any form whatsoever, do so on their own accord and shall not enjoy immunity from prosecution. The Throne of Truth has not authorized and shall not authorize anyone to peddle influence or make claims of ascendancy, now or in the future, political or moral, over His Holiness and Sovereign Majesty the Caliph Maharajah.
Non-acceptance of the nominations, appointments and/or designations, by any of the nominees and/or appointees, whether in a passive or active manner, or by way of mental reservation or purpose of evasion, ipso facto rescinds the official nomination and/or designation without further public notice or need for a revocation decree, which appointment and/or designation shall be forever lost and never again recovered.
