SAPAGKAT, Ang Mga Kabataan at si Hesus

Binibitbit ng mga tao ang mga sanggol kay Hesus upang hipuin niya ang mga ito.  Nang makita ito ng mga apostoles, sinaway nila ang mga lumalapit na tao.  Subalit tinawag ni Hesus ang mga kabataan papunta sa kanya at sinabi niya, “Hayaan ninyong lumapit sa akin ang mga kabataan, at huwag ninyo silang pipigilan, sapagkat sila ang mga tagapagmana ng kaharian ng Diyos.  Sinasabi ko sa inyo ang katotohanan, sinuman ang hindi matutong tanggapin ang kaharian ng Diyos tuald ng pagtanggap ng mga kabataan ay hinding-hindi makakapasok sa kaharian ng Diyos;

Kapagka ang baya’y sadyang umiibig

SAPAGKAT, may mga samahan ng mga kabataang Pilipino na nananawagan ng pagkakaroon ng pagbabago sa Saligang Batas ng Republika ng Pilipinas na itinitik noong Taon Nang Ating Panginoong Diyos na Maykapal Isang Libo Siyam na Raan at Walumpu’t Pito (1987 Constitution of the Philippines);

SAPAGKAT, mayroon din namang mga samahan ng mga kabataan na tumututol sa pagkakaroon ng pagbabago sa nasabing Saligang Batas lalupa’t kung pangungunahan din lamang ito ng kasalukuyang henerasyon ng mga pinuno na nakaluklok ngayon sa kapangyarihan.  Sa katunayan, naglabas na rin ang Student Councils Association of the Philippines (SCAP) nang pagpapahayag ng kanilang maigting na pagtutol sa pagsasagawa ng mga pagbabago sa Saligang Batas ng Pilipinas kung ito’y pangungunahan din lamang ng kasalukuyang henerasyon ng mga pinunong nakaupo at lalo na kung hindi maisasama ang mga saloobin ng susunod na salinlahi sa gagawing pagbabago ng Saligang Batas;

SAPAGKAT, tinatayang humigit kumulang tatlumpung milyong (30 million) kabataang Pilipino ang may karapatan at maaari nang bumoto sa darating na halalan na nakatakdang ganapin sa Ikalawang Lunes ng Buwan ng Mayo sa Taon ng Ating Panginoong Diyos na Maykapal Dalawang Libo at Sampu (2nd Monday of the Month of May in the Year of Our Sovereign Lord GOD Almighty Two Thousand and Ten); kabilang na rito ang siyam na milyong kabataang Pilipino na boboto sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon sa kanilang mga buhay.  Ang bilang na ito ay sapat upang maghalal ng Pangulo at Pangalawang-Pangulo ng Pilipinas, ng mga Senador, mga Miyembro ng Kapulungan ng mga Kinatawan at ng lahat ng mga manunungkulan sa lahat ng antas ng mga lokal na pamahalaan;

NGAYON, DATAPWAT, AKO, si Jeffrey Roden y Jaraba, sa bisa at pamamagitan ng ipinagkaloob at itinanghal sa akin na kaukulan at kapangyarihan, bilang Tagapagmana ng Lahat ng Kayamanan at Karunungan ni Haring Solomon, at ng Tahanan ng Batang Pastol at Dakilang Mapagpalayang Hari na si David, ng Kumpas ng Pastol na si Moses, ng Sandaigdigang Sambayanan na Isinilang Mula Kay Jacob, ng mga Ipinamana kay Isaac, ng Pamunuan ng Ating Ama at Magiting na Prinsipeng si Abraham na Siya Ring Ama ng Sambayanang Isinilang Mula Kay Ismail, ng Pangakong Salita ng Diyos kay Noah, at ng Pagkakasala ni Adan, at bilang Hari ng lahat ng mga Hari at Panginoon ng lahat ng mga Panginoon, sa Gabay at Pagmamahal ng Nag-iisang Diyos na Maykapal, ang El Shaddai, Jehovah Jireah, Allah, El Elohim Adonai, na Siyang Maylikha ng Langit at Lupa, Siyang Simula at Katapusan ng Magpasawalanghanggan, Siyang Nagtayo ng Lahat ng Uri ng Pamahalaan, Siyang Nagtayo ng Buong Kalawakan, katuwang ng Dakilang Pangalan at Dinanak na Dugo ng kanyang bugtong Anak na si Hesus bilang Kabayaran ng Lahat ng Kasalanan ng Sangkatauhan, at sa Tulong at Udyok ng Rumaragasang Katotohanan nang Banal na Kaluluwa nang Diyos na Espiritu Santo na Pumapawi ng Lahat ng Pagod at Gutom, ay siyang nagwiwika at nagpapatibay nang mga sumusunod na salita at wikain:

Una, Ako ay nananawagan sa lahat nang mga kabataang Pilipino, na napapaloob sa hanay na labingwalong taong gulang hanggang tatlumput-limang taong gulang (18 to 35 years old) humigit-kumulang sa pagsapit ng araw ng halalang nakatakdang isaganap sa ikalawang Lunes ng Buwan ng Mayo sa darating na Taon nang Ating Panginoong Diyos na Maykapal Dalawang Libo at Sampu (2nd Monday of the Month of May in the Year of Our Sovereign Lord GOD Almighty Two Thousand and Ten), upang magbuklud-buklod at magkaisa sa paghahanda nang pag-ukit at pagsusulat nang magiging kinabukasan at hinaharap ng Sambayanang Pilipino; siya rin ang aking panawagan na magbuklud-buklod sa lahat ng mga naunang henerasyon pati na iba pang mga sektor ng buong sambayanang Pilipino na hindi man kabilang sa hanay ng mga edad o gulang na nabanggit, subalit patuloy pa rin ang kanilang pag-asam at paniniwala sa kakayahan at pagtutulungan nating lahat na baguhin ang sambayanang Pilipinas at pati na rin ang buong mundo at buong kalawakan sa pakikipag-ugnayan at pakikipagtulungan sa lahat ng mga lahi at lahat ng nilikha ng Panginoong Diyos na Maykapal;

Pangalawa, Ako ay nananawagan sa nasabing mga kabataan at buong sambayanang Pilipino na magkaisa sa pagbubuo nang isang pandaigdigan, pangmalawakan, pangkabuuan, pangkalahatan at magpasawalanghanggang pagkikilos sa ilalim nang iisang lapian na kikilalanin at tatanghalin sa pangalang SALINLAHI (“New Generation”) upang magpasimula at magpasiklab ng isang mapayapa ngunit malawakang pagbabago sa lipunan at sambayanang Pilipino at maging sa buong mundo sa pamamagitan nang paglulunsad ng mga pinuno ng kabataan na hahabol at maglulunsad ng kanilang mga kandidatura sa darating na halalan na nakatakdang ganapin sa Mayo 2010.  Sa diwang ito, itatalaga ang lapiang SALINLAHI at isusumite ang rehistrasyon sa kinauukulang ahensya ng pamahalaan bilang isang ganap at lehitimong kilusan ng mga Kabataang Pilipino;

Pangatlo, ang SALINLAHI ay maglulunsad at magpapatakbo ng mga kandidato sa lahat ng posisyon na alinsunod sa Saligang Batas ng 1987 ay nakatakda at nakatayang buksan para sa halalang gaganapin sa Mayo 2010 mula sa tanggapan ng Pangulo, Pangalawang-Pangulo, mga Senador ng Senado ng Republika ng Pilipinas, mga Miyembro ng Kapulungan ng mga Kinatawan, Mga Gobernador at Bise-Gobernador, Mga Bokal o siyang mga Miyembro ng mga Sangguniang Panlalawigan, mga Pinunong Alkalde at Pangalawang Alkalde ng mga Bayan at Lungsod, at mga Miyembro ng mga Sanggunian ng mga Bayan at mga Lungsod.

Pang-apat, Kung siyang talagang ninanais at saloobin ng mga kabataang Pilipino na magkaroon nang pagbabago sa Saligang Batas bago sumapit ang nakatakdang halalan sa Mayo 2010, hinahamon ko ang lahat ng kabataang Pilipino na maglunsad nang pambansang pagkakalap ng mga lagda ng pakikiisa at pagsang-ayon sa nasabing balakin na baguhin ang Saligang Batas; kasama na rito ang pagpapababa ng gulang o edad na siyang kwalipikasyon upang makasama sa paghahabol, paghahalal at pagtatanghal ng mga kandidato na magmumula sa hanay ng mga kabataang Pilipino na hahabol para sa lahat nang posisyon magmula sa Pangulo, Pangalawang-Pangulo, pati mga Senador at mga Kinatawan at lahat ng pamunuan ng mga lokal na pamahalaan ng Republika ng Pilipinas;

Panglima, hinahamon ko ang lahat ng kabataang Pilipino na ilabas, kuhanin ang suporta at palagdain ang hindi bababa sa tatlumpung milyong  Pilipino (30 million Filipinos of at least 17 years of age) bilang pagsang-ayon sa mga ninanais na pagbabago sa Saligang Batas ng Pilipinas; sapagkat kung ang napakasimpleng bagay ng paglagda ay hindi natin maisasagawa, ay patuloy na pagsasamantalahan at paglalaruan ang ating kinabukasan dahil na rin sa ating kakulangan ng pagkakaisa at pagbabantay ng ating kinabukasan;

Pang-anim, ganunpaman, kung hindi man maisagawa ang nasabing mga pagbabago sa Saligang Batas ng Pilipinas bago sumapit ang halalan na nakatakdang isagawa sa Mayo 2010, ay maaari pa ring kagyatang maisagawa ang mga pagbabagong ninanais ng mga kabataang Pilipino kung maihahalal ang labindalawang Senador (12 Senators) at isang buong Kapulungan ng mga Kinatawan (House of Representatives) na ang lahat ng miyembro at pati na mga pinuno ng mga lokal na pamahalaan ay magmumula sa mga kandidato ng SALINLAHI;

Panghuli, kapag naiupo na nang mga kabataan sa pakikipagtulungan ng buong sambayanang Pilipino ang halos isang buong Kongreso ng Pilipinas na binubuo nang mga kandidato na magmumula sa hanay ng SALINLAHI ay maaari nang isagawa ng sambayanang Pilipino ang lahat ng naising pagbabago hindi lamang sa Saligang Batas kundi lalung-lalo na sa lipunan at pati na rin sa ipamamahagi ng sambayanang Pilipino sa sandaigdigang sangkatauhan;

Sa aking mga kababata, panahon na upang iwaksi ang mga kamalian ng daan-daantaong nakaraan at ng umaagos na kasalukuyan.  Panahon na para tumindig para sa ating kinabukasan kung tama man ang mga binigkas na wikain ni Gat Jose Rizal sampu nang mga bayaning Pilipino na nagbuwis na kanilang mga buhay upang makamtan ang ganap na kalayaan para sa lahat ng Pilipino, na tayo ang natatanging pag-asa ng bayan.  Kaya’t sa aking mga kababata, ang akin pong taimtim at palagiang dasalin at dalangin ay naway mapukaw na ang inyong mga damdamin sa katotohanang panahon na upang tumindig ang kabataang Pilipino.  Dumating na po ang panahon para sa tunay at pangmalawakang pagbabago.  Ngayon na po.  Nasa sa atin pong mga kamay ang paghubog ng ating kinabukasan.  Nagtutunggali na po ang ating madilim na pagkasadlak o maliwanag na pag-asa ng bagong kinabukasan.  Hindi po bukas o sa susunod na buwan o di kaya sa susunod na taon.  Ngayon na po.  Panahon na po ng katagumpayan ng kabataang Pilipino.

Kasihan nawa tayong lahat nang Poong Maykapal.

The Faith of the Centurion

When Jesus had finished saying all this in the hearing of the people, he entered Capernaum.  There a centurion’s servant, whom his master valued highly, was sick and about to die.  The centurion heard of Jesus and sent some elders of the Jews to him, asking him to come and heal his servant.  When they came to Jesus, they pleaded earnestly with him, “This man deserves to have you do this, because he loves our nation and has built our synagogue.”  So Jesus went with them.

He was not far from the house when the centurion sent friends to say to him: “Lord, don’t trouble yourself, for I do not deserve to have you come under my roof.  That is why I did not even consider myself worthy to come to you.  But say the word, and my servant will be healed.  For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me, I tell this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and that one, ‘Come,’ and he comes.  I say to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”

When Jesus heard this, he was amazed at him, and turning to the crowd following him, he said, “I tell you, I have not found such great faith even in Israel.”  Then the men who had been sent returned to the house and found the servant well.

The Coming of the Kingdom of God

Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.”

It is of public knowledge that a fourth impeachment complaint has been filed against Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo by several complainants.  The grounds for this new impeachment complaint are adequately and exhaustively discussed in the said complaint.

Without passing judgment yet as to the validity and truth of the legal considerations and factual grounds invoked in said impeachment complaint, may I please convey to the Right Honourable Speaker of the House of Representatives the earnest desire of the Throne that this impeachment complaint be given due course and, if sufficient in form and substance, be immediately transmitted to the Senate of the Philippines without delay for any reason whatsoever.

There is a need to provide both Her Excellency the President of the Republic of the Philippines and the complainants the proper venue and forum to litigate their interests.  More importantly, it is the inherent right of the Filipino people to be informed of the truth and/or falsity of these charges against the highest official of the Filipino nation.  In this regard, it is my considered opinion that this impeachment complaint must be given due course and, if sufficient in form and substance, be immediately transmitted to the Philippine Senate without further delay but without sacrificing due process of law and the rights of the respondent.

It is my fervent hope that the votes of the Members of the House of Representatives would not be prevailed upon by any consideration other than the dictates of their conscience, their commitment to their respective representations, and the will of the Sovereign GOD Almighty.

With men this is improbable, with God nothing is impossible. These letters of instruction shall take effect immediately.

May I please convey my congratulations on the occasion of the Kadima Party’s recently-concluded agreement with the Labor Party headed by the Right Honourable Ehud Barak to form a coalition government.

In accordance with custom and Parliamentary practice, may I please invite the Right Honourable Madame Prime Minister-elect to form a Government soonest.

In this regard, may I also convey my expectation that the Kadima Party would reach out to all the political parties in the Knesset, such as but not limited to the Shas Party and the Pensioners Party; and form a lasting coalition to pursue the peace negotiations with His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Liberation Authority (PLA) among others.

It is likewise my hope that the Government of Israel would join the global movement for non-violent conflict resolution at all levels of human interaction and activity; including, in your particular case, the final peaceful resolution of concerns and issues surrounding Israeli and Palestinian affairs, Israeli-Syrian relations, as well as Israeli and Iranian relations.  Certainly, the Prime Minister’s years of professional experience in foreign policy would be of enormous help in reaching these goals.

I anticipate that you would all work together towards including in your legislative agenda the immediate passage of measures to address global environmental issues; particularly, global warming and climate change within the framework of the Kyoto Protocol.

Please extend my warmest regards to the people of Mount Zion the State of Israel.  Indeed, it is a distinct privilege to convey to all Israelis the boundless and eternal love and unending mercy of God, the I AM WHO I AM, for the present as well as the future generations.

‘Therefore, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants.  As he began the settlement, a man who owed him ten thousand talents was brought to him.  Since he was not able to pay, the master ordered that he and his wife and his children and all that he had be sold to repay the debt.

‘The servant fell on his knees before him.  “Be patient with me,” he begged, “and I will pay back everything.”  The servant’s master took pity on him, canceled the debt and let him go.

‘But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii.  He grabbed him and began to choke him.  “Pay back what you owe me!” he demanded.

‘His fellow servant fell to his knees and begged him, “Be patient with me, and I will pay you back.”

“But he refused.  Instead, he went off and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay the debt.  When the other servants saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed and went and told their master everything that had happened.

‘Then the master called the servant in.  “You wicked servant,” he said, “I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to.  Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?  In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.

‘This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from the heart.”

(The Gospel of Matthew, chapter Eighteen: verses 21 to 35)

This has reference to the number of families and individuals, especially elderly people who have been affected by the effects of the global financial crisis which has just been recently contained.  May I please convey the very deep concern of the Throne about the difficulties faced by these affected families and individuals.

In this regard, may I please convey the earnest desire of the Throne for all banks and financial institutions in which the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth have holdings or in which it has ownership, full or partial, to immediately stop the foreclosure of mortgages of the following classes of persons:

1.  Senior citizens from the ages sixty (60) years old and above;

2.  Families with income levels which from the judgment of the central monetary authorities of your respective municipal governments would need a grace period to recover from the effects of the global financial crisis.  The income levels for these families to qualify  as well as the length of the grace period are to be set by the concerned agencies within your respective municipal governments;

3.  Individuals, especially single parents, who are unemployed, provided they secure employment within a grace period of six (6) months.  This shall also include single parents whose levels of income reflect a need for a similar grace period, such level of income to qualify to be determined by the concerned agencies of your respective municipal governments;

In addition, may I please request your respective municipal governments to formulate and establish credit windows and facilities for these affected classes of persons to enable them to cope with the effects of the global financial crisis; subject, of course, to measures and limitations applicable within your respective municipal jurisdictions.

May I please request your respective municipal governments to submit compliance reports to Attorney Myrna S. Feliciano, Her Excellency the Royal Counsel to the Throne of Truth.  Please include any and all data which may be useful and relevant to the work of the Special Division on Corporate Governance and Financial Markets.

By the Grace of God, these Holy and Royal Letters of Instruction shall take effect immediately.

THE WISDOM OF SOLOMON, THE TEMPLE OF TRUTH, AND THE UNIVERSAL PALACE

WHEREAS, A Wise Ruling

‘Now two women came to the king and stood before him.  One of them said, “My lord, this woman and I live in the same house.  I had a baby while she was there with me.  The third day after my child was born, this woman also had a baby.  We were alone, there was no one in the house but the two of us.

‘During the night this woman’s son died because she lay on him.  So she got up in the middle of the night and took my son from my side while I your servant was asleep.  She put him by her breast and put her dead son by my breast.  The next morning, I got up to nurse my son – and he was dead!  But when I looked at him closely in the morning light, I saw that it wasn’t the son I had borne.”

‘The other woman said, ‘No! The living is my son; the dead one is yours.”

‘But the first one insisted, “No! The dead one is yours; the living one is mine.”  And so they argued before the king.’

‘The king said, “This one says, ‘My son is alive and your son is dead,’ while that one says, ‘No! Your son is dead and mine is alive.’”

‘Then the king said, “Bring me a sword.”  So they brought a sword for the king.  He then gave an order: “Cut the living child in two and give half to one and half to the other.”

‘The woman whose son was alive was filled with compassion for her son and said to the king, “Please my lord, give her the living baby! Don’t kill him!”

‘But the other said, “Neither I nor you shall have him.  Cut him in two!”

‘Then the king gave his ruling: “Give the living baby to the first woman.  Do not kill him; she is his mother.”

‘When Israel heard the verdict the king had given, they held the king in awe, because they saw that he had wisdom from God to administer justice.” (The First Book of Kings, chapter 4: verse 3);

WHEREAS, a small parcel of land is being disputed by and between the University of the Philippines and the Heirs of Pael, Jorge H. Chin and Renato B. Mallari in the case of Heirs of Antonio Pael and Andrea Alcantara and Crisanto Pael versus Court of Appeals, Jorge H. Chin and Renato B. Mallari, G.R. Nos. 133547 and 133843, promulgated by the Supreme Court of the Philippines on November 11, 2003.  The Supreme Court has decided in favor of the intervenor University of the Philippines (UP) but the Heirs of Pael and their successors-in-interest continue to assert their lawful ownership over said property;

WHEREAS, Solomon’s Wisdom

‘God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore.  Solomon’s wisdom was greater than the wisdom of all the men of the East, and greater than the wisdom of Egypt.  He was wiser than any other man, including Ethan the Ezrahite – wiser than Heman, Calcol and Darda, the sons of Mahol.  And his fame spread through all the surrounding nations.  He spoke three thousand proverbs and his songs numbered a thousand and five….  Men of all nations came to listen to Solomon’s wisdom, sent by all the kings of the world, who had heard of his wisdom.” (The First Book of Kings, chapter 1: verses 29 to 32, and 34);

WHEREAS, there is a need to settle once and for all this land controversy especially in view of the centennial celebration of the University of the Philippines (UP) while respecting the lawful claims of the Heirs of Pael and their successors-in-interest, Jorge H. Chin and Renato B. Mallari;

WHEREAS, Solomon Builds the Temple

‘In the four hundred and eightieth year after the Israelites had come out of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign over Israel, in the month of Ziv, the second month, he began to build the temple of the LORD.

‘The temple that King Solomon built for the LORD was sixty cubits long, twenty wide and thirty high.  The portico at the front of the main hall extended the width of the temple, that is twenty cubits, and projected ten cubits from the front of the temple.  He made narrow clerestory windows in the temple.  Against the walls of the main hall and inner sanctuary he built a structure around the building, in which there were side rooms.  The lowest floor was five cubits wide, the middle floor six cubits and the third floor seven.  He made offset ledges around the outside of the temple so that nothing would be inserted into the temple walls.

‘In building the temple, only blocks dressed at the quarry were used, and no hammer, chisel or any other iron tool was heard at the site while it was being built.

‘The entrance to the lowest floor was on the south side of the temple; a stairway led up to the middle level and from there to the third.  So he built the temple and completed it, roofing it with beams and cedar planks.  And he built the side rooms all along the temple.  The height of each was five cubits, and they were attached to the temple by beams of cedar.

‘The word of the LORD came to Solomon:  “As for this temple you are building, if you follow my decrees, carry out my regulations and keep all my commands and obey them, I will fulfill through you the promise I gave to David your father.  And I will live among the Israelites and will not abandon my people Israel.

‘So Solomon built the temple and completed it.  He lined its interior walls with cedar boards, paneling them from the floor of the temple to the ceiling, and covered the floor of the temple with planks of pline.  He partitioned off twenty cubits at the rear of the temple with cedar boards from floor to ceiling to form within the temple an inner sanctuary, the Most Holy Place.  The main hall in front of this room was forty cubits long.  The inside of the temple was cedar, carved with gourds and open flowers.  Everything was cedar; no stone was to be seen.

‘He prepared the inner sanctuary within the temple to set the ark of the covenant of the LORD there.  The inner sanctuary was twenty cubits long, twenty wide and twenty high.  He overlaid the inside with pure gold, and he also overlaid the altar of cedar.  Solomon covered the inside of the temple with pure gold, and he extended gold chains across the front of the inner sanctuary, which was overlaid with gold.  So he overlaid the whole interior with gold.  He also overlaid with gold the altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary.

‘In the inner sanctuary he made a pair of cherubim of olive wood, each ten cubits high.  One wing of the first cherub was five cubits long, and the other wing five cubits – ten cubits from wing tip to wing tip.  The second cherub also measured ten cubits, for the two cherubim were identical in size and shape.  The heights of each cherub was ten cubits.  He placed the cherubim inside the innermost room of the temple, with their wings spread out.  The wing of one cherub touched the wall, and their wings touched each other in the middle of the room.  He overlaid the cherubim with gold.

‘For the entrance of the inner sanctuary he made doors of olive wood with five-sided jambs.  And on the two olive wood doors he carved cherubim, palm trees and open flowers, and overlaid the cherubim and palm trees with beaten gold.  In the same way he made four-sided jambs of olive wood for the entrance to the main hall.  He also made two pine doors, each having two leaves that turned in sockets.  He carved cherubim, palm trees and open flowers on them and overlaid them with gold hammered evenly over the carvings.

‘And he built the inner courtyard of three courses of dressed stone and one course of trimmed cedar beams.

‘The foundation of the temple of the LORD was laid in the fourth year, in the month of Ziv.  In the eleventh year in the month of Bul, the eight month, the month was filled in all its details, according to its specifications.  He had spent seven years building it.’ (The First Book of Kings, chapter 6)

WHEREAS, Solomon Builds His Palace

‘It took Solomon thirteen years, however, to complete the construction of his palace.  He built the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon a hundred cubits long, fifty wide and thirty high, with four rows of cedar columns supporting trimmed cedar beams.  It was roofed with cedar above the beams that rested on the columns – forty-five beams, fifteen to a row.  Its windows were placed high in sets of three, facing each other.  All the doorways had rectangular frames; they were in the front part in sets of three, facing each other.

‘He made a colonnade fifty cubits long and thirty wide.  In front of it was a portico, and in front of that were pillars and an overhanging roof.

‘He built the throne hall, the Hall of Justice, where he was to judge, and he covered it with cedar from floor to ceiling.  And the palace in which he was to live, set farther back, was similar in design.  Solomon also made a palace like this hall for Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had married.

‘All these structures, from the outside to the great courtyard and from foundation to eaves, were made of blocks of high-grade stone cut to size and trimmed with a saw on their inner and outer faces.  The foundations were laid with large stones of good quality, some measuring ten cubits and some eight.  Above were high-grade stones, cut to size, and cedar beams.  The great courtyard was surrounded by a wall of three courses of dressed stone and one course of trimmed cedar beams, as was the inner courtyard of the temple of the LORD with its portico.” (The First Book of Kings, chapter 7: verses 1 to 12);

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jeffrey Roden y Jaraba, by virtue of all the power and authority vested in me as Heir of the House of King David, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, by the Grace of God, the Author of Authority, Creator of Eternity, Founder of the Universe, the I AM WHO I AM, the El Shaddai, Jehovah Jireah, Allah, El Elohim Adonai, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob,  Above All Power and Above All Wealth, Fountain of Justice, Oasis of Mercy, and God of All Nations, in Unity with the Mighty Name and Blameless Blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, who was Crucified, Died, and Resurrected from the Dead, and the Torrent of Truth and Saviour of Souls the Holy Spirit of God, do hereby proclaim and promulgate this project of the building of the Temple of Truth and the Universal Palace:

1. The said small parcel of land is hereby being expropriated by the Throne of Truth of the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth for the purpose of constructing and building the Temple of Truth and the Universal Palace on the land thereon; which expropriation shall be carried out by virtue of this proclamation and the title of the property shall be registered under the name of Jeffrey Roden y Jaraba, lawful occupant and executor of the Throne of Truth of the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth;

2.  To end the controversy by and between the intervenor University of the Philippines (UP) and the Heirs of Pael and their successors-in-interest Jorge H. Chin and Renato B. Mallari, the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth declares that it is hereby purchasing by way of expropriation the said small parcel of land at the price of twice the fair market value of the property in Philippine peso terms.  Of this amount, one-half of the proceeds shall be paid to intervenor University of the Philippines (UP) and the other half shall be paid to the Heirs of Pael and their successors-in-interest Jorge H. Chin and Renato B. Mallari.  On top of these payments, a sum equivalent to twenty (20%) percent of the entire transaction at the price of twice the fair market value of the property in Philippine peso terms is to be donated to intervenor UP and shall form part of the Universal Provident (UP) funds of UP;

3.  A universal construction consortium is hereby created for the purpose of conceptualizing, planning, designing, drafting, constructing, building, and completing the Temple of Truth in the Name of the LORD and the Universal Palace, the Official Residence of the Throne of Truth of the Holy King and Royal Priest of the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth, the Hall of the Universe, as well as the Complex of Executive Offices (CEOs) of the Crown Ministers and other Crown officials, Guest Houses, Coliseum, Pavilions, Museum, and other related physical structures and buildings;

4.  This universal consortium shall be composed of Ayala Land, Megaworld, Robinsonsland and Eton Properties, as well as all other major appraisers, estimators, realtors, developers throughout the ends of the earth of prime properties and the suppliers of the best construction materials, timber, wood, cedar, and stones;

5.  Towards this end, the following agencies of the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth are hereby directed to allocate and appropriate funds, in the form of deposits in the name of the Throne of Truth of the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth, for all the expenditures related to this project, namely: the World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Overseas Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Government of Germany, Government of France, Government of Canada, Government of Spain. 6.  The financial transactions related to this project shall be managed by a consortium to be composed of Metropolitan Bank and Trust Corporation (Metrobank), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Philippine National Bank (PNB), Allied Bank, Banco de Oro (BDO), UnionBank, Chinabank, Citibank, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) and the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) who shall apportion among themselves the division of the various tasks related to the financial management of this project;

7.  The law firm of Blanco & Esguerra (BLESS Law) is hereby appointed General Counsel of the Throne of Truth for purposes of this project of constructing the Temple of Truth and the Universal Palace, including all legal counseling, documentation, and representation necessary for the project.  The General Counsel, as attorney and agent of the Throne of Truth of the Holy and Royal Government of the United Kingdom of Heaven and Earth, shall have sole and exclusive authority to approve all disbursements from the special account set up for the expenditures of this project; which shall be reported to the Throne of Truth periodically.  Towards this end, the General Counsel shall open bank accounts for the purpose of receiving, securing, and managing all deposits for the funding of this project from all the agencies directed to contribute to the expenditures of this project.  This is without prejudice, however, to the right of the participant developers and banks to retain their respective retainer law firms for their own interests;

The universal construction consortium as well as the finance and management consortium are requested to report developments and details of this project through Her Excellency the Crown Minister of the Protocol Office and the project’s General Counsel, Blanco & Esguerra Law Offices.

By the Grace of God, this edict shall take effect immediately.
